  5. Are my grades posted online? Yes, total course grades are updated after each exam, and other grade results are posted more frequently. See the Course Webpages. Emphasis is necessary here. Your course grades will be calculated after each exam, and then they will be posted on the course webpage. Just click on "Grades" within the Course Webpage Menu.
  6. What is my student number that is used for recording my grades that are posted online? Your grades are posted on the course webpages using the your webCHARLIE number, which you will see when you enter your webCHARLIE account.
  7. Is class attendance required? Yes, course attendance may be a significant part of the course grade, as explained in the course syllabus.
  8. How is my homework managed? Homework answers are submitted through WebCHARLIE.
  9. What is webCHARLIE? WebCHARLIE is an on-line computer-managed homework and exam answer-recording system.

  14. How many significant figures are required for webCHARLIE? Three significant figure will always be sufficient. Using more than three significant figures is a waste of time.
  15. Is two hours outside of class really required for each hour inside of class? Yes.
